Registration
The first step doesn't always have to be the hardest. Registering with DocSecure is simple and takes only a minute. You are only one short registration form away from receiving access to shared files. Click here to go to the registration form.
During registration, you will be asked to provide an e-mail address that will be associated with your account, and a telephone number needed for verification during logging in and file encryption. We will also ask you to indicate your preferred subscription plan - depending on your needs. You can read the details of the subscription plans available here.
After completing the registration form, the system will send you an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. From there, we will redirect you to your private space where you can share and receive files.
However, if something did not work as instructed, please use our help form.
Remember that receiving an e-mail with an invitation to collect the file is not tantamount to creating an account in DocSecure. If you ignore the message, no information about you will remain in DocSecure.
Login
As with most websites on the Internet, you will log in to DocSecure with your login (e-mail address provided during registration) and password. DocSecure focuses on total security, so you will additionally be asked to enter a 4-digit code that will be sent via SMS to the phone number you provided during registration.
If the SMS with the code did not reach you within 2 minutes and you need support, go to the section on this topic.

Deleting your account
To delete an account, go to your profile settings and then click the Delete Account button.
Remember that after deleting your account, all your files will be irretrievably deleted. We won't be able to get them back for you.
Alternatively, you can inform us of your wish to delete your account and we will do our best to realign your balance and help you manage the files in your DocSecure space. You don't have to worry about the security of the data you leave behind. Also, remember that you can come back and use DocSecure at any time.
Editing a profile
DocSecure allows you to modify your profile in several different aspects. Get support on the topics below or contact us using the form.
1. Changing your profile picture
The icon with the photo of your choice is a necessary addition to your DocSecure profile. Setting up a profile picture isn't just a matter of aesthetics. Thanks to a unique photo, you will quickly find out to whom you sent a given file in the DocSecure main view and Contact tab.
To add a new photo, use the settings panel. Click on the silhouette icon, then select your photo from the resources of your desktop disk, or drag the file directly to the browser. That's all.
2. Language selection
You can choose the preferred language of the DocSecure interface when registering your account. However, if you work in an international environment and DocSecure has encrypted not only access to the file but also the entire page and you don't recognize the words, don't worry. You can easily change the interface language by clicking on the profile icon (upper right corner of the page), selecting your preferred language from the drop-down list in the lower-left corner. DocSecure currently allows you to work in Polish, English, and Norwegian. We are still working on expanding this pool.
3. Choosing DocSecure space
DocSecure space is a virtual disk to which you got access after creating an account. Each time someone shares a file with you, you also get access to the file in the sender's space. Each space has a separate pool of shares.
4. Changing the e-mail address
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the e-mail address assigned to your account. To use DocSecure with a different address, you need to create a new account. Click here to go to the registration form.
Sharing files and folders
1. Add and share files
First things first: to share a file or folder in DocSecure, you must first have the file or folder in DocSecure. Click on the (+) icon at the bottom of the screen. Then select the appropriate files from the disk or drag them directly into the browser window. Done, all your files are available in the "Shared" tab, ready to be forwarded.
2. Adding and sharing entire folders
Sharing entire folders in DocSecure is a task for Dispatcher. You will find it in a separate tab in the main DocSecure view. Dispatcher allows you to upload and share entire folders with selected recipients.

Inviting other users
Adding new contacts in DocSecure takes place automatically when the file is shared.
The sender, when sharing a given file, selects the email addresses of its recipients. After the operation, all addresses are automatically saved in the Contacts tab as recipients. If at some point the sender stops sharing the file with a given recipient - he does not disappear from Contacts. We assume that each user will need a contact history that can be quickly and conveniently used in the future.
From the Recipient's point of view: after receiving the invitation email, the Recipient will need to create an account with DocSecure to be able to receive the file. Once done, the first time you log into the system, it will immediately find the sender of the file in your Contacts.
DocSecure does not limit the number of recipients of a given file. You can successfully share files with dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of people if you want.
You can find all your recipients in the Contacts tab.
in-App notifications
In-App notifications are ubiquitous and can be irritating, but we also need them to stay in touch with tasks. Especially when we are waiting for an important file. We know it very well, so in the DocSecure app, we allow you to adjust the frequency of notifications and choose exactly the ones you currently care about the mos. With the help of a simple module in the Settings panel.
What type of notifications will you receive from DocSecure? Only the most important ones. For example, when you share a file with recipients, you don't have to contact them to determine if the file has been delivered. DocSecure will inform you about it. You will also receive a special alert if the recipient does not open the file within 7 days from the date of sharing. And even then you won't have to intervene. DocSecure will also remind recipients of the file.
Maximum file size
DocSecure allows you to upload and send a file with a maximum size of 25 Mb.
File formats
The rules for files accepted by DocSecure can be found in the Terms & Conditions, which can be found here.
DocSecure will accept anything that meets the requirements of the Regulations, like the proverbial paper. You can upload any type of file – but there are some limitations you need to be aware of.
1. Multimedia files
DocSecure focuses on security and speed of communication. For the sake of the smooth functioning of the application, we do not allow advanced viewing of photos or playing multimedia files. However, you don't have to worry about not being able to identify your photos. The interface provides a limited preview, enough to efficiently manage large amounts of files.
You can only perform more advanced operations on multimedia files (such as editing and full playback) after downloading them to your computer.
2. Packed files (.rar, .zip)
Each set of files that have been packed into rar or zip format before uploading to DocSecure will be treated as one separate file. Of course, you can upload it without any problem and share it with your recipients just as easily. However, you must remember that the zipped file cannot be unpacked within the DocSecure disk. Therefore, if after uploading many files you plan to distribute them between folders, use our Dispatcher tool. Information on how to upload multiple files at once can be found here.
3. Text files and spreadsheets
The idea of DocSecure is to make files available to recipients in an encrypted manner, i.e. in full content protection mode. As soon as you decide to share a file with someone, you don't have to worry that the recipient will modify the content without your knowledge. Or, in an analogous situation, the file sent to you will always remain the same file as it was when it was sent. Therefore, DocSecure does not offer file editing. This is what we believe is the security and integrity of your files.
For this reason, all text files (doc, PDF, and others) and Excel spreadsheets are only available for full viewing and download to your desktop disk.
Adding multiple recipients
With DocSecure, you can also share a file with multiple recipients simultaneously. It's just as easy. After selecting the file, enter the recipients' e-mail addresses one by one or choose from the history of your contacts. After accepting all selections, DocSecure will make the file available to everyone at once and send the appropriate number of e-mails with the notification of the file availability.
Additional encryption
DocSecure will encrypt access to the files you share in an encrypted manner. Sounds unnecessary? Not at all, because in addition to the protection of sent files, DocSecure also allows you to protect files on the online disk that you do not intend to share with the world at the moment.
To encrypt files, use the lock icon. You will find it in the last right column of the file view. Alternatively, you can perform encryption directly in the file preview by clicking on the purple slider. The encryption will take place immediately, and at the same time, we will ask you to confirm the operation with a 4-digit code sent in an SMS.
Resigning from additional encryption is also a matter of one click on the padlock icon or the slider.
Subscription plans
We have prepared three DocSecure subscription options for our clients - depending on the needs and size of the business, which usually defines the frequency of exchanging business documentation. Whether you are a small, medium, or large enterprise, you are sure to find a subscription plan that meets your needs. Check the details of the plans, make your decision, and activate the package on a separate page by clicking here.
Small company – an unlimited number of contacts / 50 shares per month / free first month
Medium company – an unlimited number of contacts / 150 shares per month / free first month / possibility to use in-file chats
Large business – an unlimited number of contacts / 350 shares / free first month / possibility to use in-file chats / help desk exclusively
The DocSecure account capabilities grow with your next subscription plan. The Small company edition gives you the ability to share 50 files a month – with an unlimited audience for these shares. A Large business account will allow you to work faster, more efficiently, and with the greatest momentum. For all customers who fall somewhere in between, a Medium company account is the best choice.
Number of shares
The number of shares depends on the purchased package. See the subscription plans outlined here. You can check how many shares are available as part of the purchased package at any time by clicking on your avatar. The number of shares is shown at the bottom of the options panel.
Payment methods
When registering for a DocSecure account, we will ask you to set a target credit/debit card that will serve as the source of the monthly payment for the selected subscription plan.
DocSecure allows you to pay conveniently in the form that suits you best. We support credit/debit cards, PayU, PayPal, Google Pay, and most of the most popular online payment platforms.
To check your payment method settings, go to the Subscription field in Settings.
Canceling subscription
You can cancel your DocSecure subscription at any time, without giving reasons, and regardless of the selected plan and the number of transfers remaining to be used within the package. Remember that the cancellation is tantamount to the reset of the pool of purchased shares.
Currencies
Currently, DocSecure supports transactions in PLN, EUR, USD, and NOK. We are constantly working on expanding the system and adding more currency options. You select the currency when adding a credit card as a payment method.
In case your preferred currency is not on the above list – please contact our support department using the form. We will help you determine the optimal payment method.
Invoices and company details
We have created a transparent list of invoices, available in the Settings tab. The preview in the form of a table allows you to search for invoices by their name, amount, and date. Each item is a link to download an invoice in PDF format. A convenient interface will allow you to effectively view, download, and print documentation for the accounting department.
The company's contact details and payment specifications are also available in the Settings view. You can edit the data at any time by clicking the Change button located in the box with specific values.
Issues with login and registration
You can report any problems related to registration using our form or - if you have a problem creating an account - by writing to us at docsecure@arpi.com
However, before you decide to contact us, we recommend checking the most common causes of problems with accessing websites and applications: lack of internet access, outdated web browser, or personal firewalls and plug-ins installed in the browser.
Password reset
To reset your password and set a new one, please follow the link. You will be asked to enter the code from the SMS. When setting a new password, remember to use the appropriate strength – use numbers, special signs, and capital letters. For the sake of the security of your files, DocSecure will not let you set a weak password.
SMS code issues
Haven't received the SMS code we sent to you? In this case, please check whether the telephone number with which you tried to receive the SMS is the same number that you provided during registration. Perhaps you have changed your number in the profile settings in the meantime?
If the above does not solve the problem, the cellular network is probably currently busy – unfortunately, we have no influence on such situations. If the problem persists, please contact our support service. We will do everything we can to help you.
How to report issues
You can use our dedicated form at any time.
Each reported problem is another opportunity for us to improve DocSecure even better. You can go ahead and tell us everything related to the daily use of DocSecure, payments, and the operation of the sharing system.

Recovering your deleted files
Deleting a file from the DocSecure space (performed by the user) is an irreversible operation. This is due to the fact that in order to ensure full security, we do not archive your files or collect them on external servers.
If the loss of the file was the result of a system error, please contact our support department immediately using the form.
Browser issues
Make sure your browser has the latest and updated version installed. This is the most common cause of problems with the display and functionality of the application. A cause that you can easily remove yourself.
DocSecure ensures full compatibility with all popular browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and even Internet Explorer.
